Subscription and invoices
Activate your subscription, change the number of treatment chairs, view your invoices or cancel your subscription.
Swyp costs €35 per treatment chair per month, excl. VAT. All features and all users are included. The first 30 days are free. See pricing on swyp.be.
Activate your subscription
During your free trial, Swyp shows how many days you have left. Activate your subscription before the trial ends: after that, you can only use Swyp again once your subscription is active.
Start the activation
Under Subscription, click Activate subscription.
Choose your number of treatment chairs
Under Treatment chairs, enter how many treatment chairs your practice has. You can change this later.
Enter your billing details
Your name, the email address for your invoices, your billing address and your VAT number, with the country code in front (for example BE0123456789). If you have a discount code, click Have a promo code?.
You get your first invoice by email, with 30 days to pay. After that, you get an invoice every month.
Change the number of treatment chairs
Click Change chairs. Extra chairs are charged pro rata on your next invoice. Chairs you remove no longer count from your next billing period.
Change your billing details
Click Edit billing details to change the company name, the address or the VAT number on your next invoices.
View your invoices
Under Billing history you find all your invoices with their status. You can download each invoice.
If an invoice is paid late, Swyp shows a message with a button to pay it right away. If something about an invoice is wrong, start a chat with us.
Multiple practices
If you have several practices under one subscription, billing goes through your main practice. In the other practices, you then see the message This is a member practice. Switch to your main practice to view the invoices.
Cancel your subscription
Click Cancel subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your access to Swyp stops. Your accounts with your suppliers still exist.
