How Swyp works with suppliers, what changes for you when practices order from you through Swyp, and how to get listed.
Swyp is one place where dental practices order from all their suppliers. To do this, a practice connects the account it already has with you. Swyp uses that account to sign in to your webshop, shows the practice its own prices with you and places the orders the practice confirms. Read more about Swyp for suppliers on swyp.be.
What changes for you
- You don't have to build anything. Swyp works with your existing webshop. You don't need an integration, an export or a new system.
- Orders come in as always. An order through Swyp is a regular order on the practice's account in your webshop. You deliver, invoice and get paid as you're used to.
- Your prices stay yours. Swyp doesn't negotiate prices or add anything on top. The practice sees the price you charge it, with the discounts you agreed with it.
- Your customer relationship stays with you. The practice remains your customer, with its own account and its agreements with your sales rep.
What practices see in Swyp
A practice only sees prices from suppliers where it has an account and that it connected in Swyp. If several of its suppliers sell the same product, it sees their prices side by side, and Scout can suggest where it orders for the best price. You can read how this works in How Swyp shows prices.
