Multiple locations
Have more than one location? Create a practice for each location, switch between them quickly and view their spending together.
If you have several locations, create a separate practice in Swyp for each one. Each practice then has its own supplier connections, cart, inventory, orders and team.
If you have one practice that has orders delivered to different addresses, an extra address is enough. See Your practice and addresses.
Add a practice
Click the name of your practice at the top and choose Add practice. Give the new practice a name. You become its admin, and Swyp guides you through the same steps as for your first practice: the delivery address and your suppliers.
Switch between practices
Click the name of your practice at the top and choose the practice you want to work in. Everything you see and do after that belongs to that practice.
Your team per practice
You invite team members per practice. If someone works at two locations, invite that person to both practices. See Team members and roles.
Billing
If several practices fall under one subscription, you see the invoices in your main practice. See Subscription and invoices.
View spending together
In Analytics, you choose which practices you want to see and compare their spending.
